I used hopegoo.com because I had a question about a booking, and there was just one detail I wasn’t totally sure about, so I reached out to support.

They did get back to me, and yeah, the answer helped, but it definitely took longer than I thought it would. I also sent a follow-up and had to wait again, so that part was kinda frustrating.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience or anything, just average. If their support was a bit quicker, it would feel a lot better
